Again, it's all poorly organized and I was getting a lot of errors using IE7. If you have Firefox I would recommend using that because it gets exhausting having to hit refresh to clear the error. They have a screenshot gallery with each video with miniscule pictures at 360px. They're worthless except for getting an idea of the content. The videos are high resolution and they look beautiful even when run full screen. There are three options available: 256k, 512k and 1024k. If you're streaming you can't watch the highest resolution clip. Download speeds were really quick for me so I imagine you won't have any trouble grabbing the high resolution files as long as you're on a decent broadband connection.
